Who can join?

As the title International Network of Graduate Recruitment and Development Associations suggests, only 'associations' are eligible to join INGRADA. Individuals can, of course, visit the website as often as they wish.

What do we mean by an 'eligible' association?

The existing partners in INGRADA are formally constituted bodies within their own countries with membership levels ranging from fifty or so organizations or individuals to many hundreds. We recognize, however, that in some countries the graduate market is in an embryonic state and that groupings of organizations (employers, colleges or both) are only operating informally. If you are uncertain whether or not you qualify for membership, please contact one of the following INGRADA contacts:

What does membership entail?

• Sharing of information on trends and best practice in your market with other members and providing relevant links to your web site, and, if appropriate, providing links on your web site to the web sites of other members.
• Identifying and delivering information on cross-border employment trends and requirements.
• Offering opportunities for virtual dialogue.
• Future possibilities for international research, global summits, and exchange programs.
